Shipping & Delivery

Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number for your package. Please be aware that this email may occasionally be filtered into your junk folder, so we advise checking there before reaching out to our support. 

During holidays and seasonal sales, longer shipping times should be anticipated.

Denmark
All DK orders above 1000 DKK will have free shipping.

Orders below 1000 DKK will cost 60 DKK with GLS Denmark.
All standard orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS.
Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days.

EU
All EU orders above 1500 DKK will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 1500 DKK will cost 150 DKK with GLS or 200 DKK with DHL Express.
Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
The price will be calculated in your local currency at checkout. 

United Kingdom
UK orders above 1500 DKK will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 1500 DKK will cost 150 DKK with GLS.
We make one weekly shipment and the delivery time is usually around 5-7 working days.

The price will be calculated in GBP at checkout.  

All UK orders will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from GLS.  

 

International
All non-EU orders will be shipped with DHL Worldwide and cost 220 DKK

Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
The prices will be calculated in your local currency at checkout. 

All international orders will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from DHL.  



Return

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned products.

Defects / Complaints


For complaints, defects, or missing deliveries, please contact customer service at hello@foretstudio.eu. You must do so within a reasonable time frame and, at the latest within two months. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your account.
