Founded in 2014 by Jeppe Meier and Jesper Finderup, forét grew from a shared longing for a slower way of living. Growing up together in rural Denmark, surrounded by forests, fields, and lakes, our childhood was shaped by time spent outdoors. Days followed nature rather than schedules, and being present came effortlessly. Those early experiences continue to shape not only who we are, but how we design today.

forét creates clothing that brings that feeling into everyday life. Pieces that encourage people to slow down, spend more time outside, and appreciate the moments in between. Everything we create is guided by the idea of Soft Outdoor for Everyday Life.

Our garments balance function with familiarity. Practical enough for changing weather and time spent outdoors, yet refined enough for everyday routines. They are not designed for extremes, but for real life, including walks along the coast, weekends in the woods, mornings in the city, and everything in between.

Drawing inspiration from both classic outdoor clothing and timeless menswear, every collection is built around versatility, longevity, and ease. We choose fabrics for their quality and durability, designing pieces that feel familiar from the very first wear and continue to improve over time. Throughout each collection, subtle hand-drawn artworks add a personal, human character that reflects our way of seeing the world.
