International Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated International Sales Manager to join our growing team at forét. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our brand presence and driving sales on an international scale. As a key player in our small yet dynamic business, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future success of forét. You will refer to our Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

International Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enter new international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in target regions.

     

    Sales Growth:

    • Drive revenue by establishing and nurturing relationships with key international retailers and distributors.
    • Collaborate with existing partners to optimize sales performance and explore new avenues for growth.

     

    Brand Representation:

    • Act as the ambassador for the forét brand, maintaining a strong and positive image in the international market.
    • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote forét and establish valuable connections.

     

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product development and promotional efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.

     

    Data Analysis:

    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in international sales within the fashion or apparel industry.
    • Strong understanding of sustainable and ethical practices in the fashion industry.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
    • Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
