Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number for your package. Please be aware that this email may occasionally be filtered into your junk folder, so we advise checking there before reaching out to our support. 

Please note that all indicated delivery times are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

While we and our shipping partners strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to local carrier logistics and/or customs. During peak periods, holidays, and seasonal sales, extended processing and shipping times may apply.

International

All international orders will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from DHL. 

Return

If you wish to return your order, you must register this in our return portal no later than 14 days after you received the order.

Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a delivery is refused upon arrival or left uncollected at a pickup point, the parcel will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

When processing the return refund, we will deduct a return shipping fee equivalent to the standard return rate specified below to cover the return carrier costs.

If a shipment outside the EU and the US is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or local taxes, return shipping fees and handling charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Defects / Complaints

For complaints, defects, or missing deliveries, please contact customer service at hello@foretstudio.dk. You must do so within a reasonable time. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your account.
