Shipping & Delivery

Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number for your package. Please be aware that this email may occasionally be filtered into your junk folder, so we advise checking there before reaching out to our support. 

During holidays and seasonal sales, longer shipping times should be anticipated.

Denmark
All orders above 1200 DKK will have free shipping.

Orders below 1200 DKK will cost 39 DKK with GLS Denmark.
All standard orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS.
Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days.

Netherlands
All orders above 210 EUR will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 210 EUR will cost 8.95 EUR with GLS or 32.95 EUR with DHL Express.
Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days for GLS and 1-2 working days for DHL Express, depending on when the order was placed.

Norway
All orders above 2150 NOK will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 2150 NOK will cost 216 NOK with GLS.
Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

All Norwegian orders will be charged with import duty and taxes at delivery.

United Kingdom
All orders above 180 GBP will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 180 GBP will cost 18 GBP with GLS.
We make one weekly shipment and the delivery time is usually around 5-7 working days.

All UK orders will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from either DHL or GLS.  

Rest of Europe
All orders above 210 EUR will have free shipping with GLS.

Orders below 210 EUR will cost 20.95 EUR with GLS or 32.95 EUR with DHL Express.
Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days for GLS, and 1-2 working days for DHL Express, depending on when the order was placed.

United States
All orders above 350 USD will have free shipping with DHL Express Worldwide.

Orders below 350 USD will cost 32 USD with DHL.
We make one weekly shipment and the delivery time is usually around 5-7 working days.

Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all customs duties and taxes are included in the price—no extra charges at delivery.

International
All orders from outside Europe will be shipped with DHL Worldwide and cost 29.95 EUR.

Delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.

All international orders will be charged with import duty and taxes directly from DHL.  

Return

All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days from the date on which we receive the returned products.

Defects / Complaints

For complaints, defects, or missing deliveries, please contact customer service at hello@foretstudio.dk. You must do so within a reasonable time frame and, at the latest within two months. In the case that we cannot justify the claim, the shipping expenses are on your account.
